We provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week 365 days a year.  Our office is open M-F 8:30 – 5PM  Dispatch is 24/7

What kind of cars do you use?

Lincoln, Cadillacs,  Town Cars, Luxury Sedans, SUV’s, Lincoln MKT Livery Crossovers,  Limo Bus, Limo Elite Mini Bus.

How many passengers can your vehicles transport?

From one up to 13 passenger.  Larger vehicles available through MVP Luxury Tours

How much time do you need in advance to place a reservation?

Providing us with as much notice as possible assures availability for you.

What happens if my flight is late?

We monitor the flight, and if it is due to arrive within 1/2 hour or so, we adjust accordingly.  Longer delays should be addressed through dispatch

What do I do if I miss my flight or connection flight on my return trip?

Contact our office immediately.  If after hours, contact dispatch-you will find the number on your reservation

Can I reach someone 24 hours a day if I need to make changes?

Yes, dispatch is available.  The number is on your reservation

What if I leave something in your vehicle?

We advise you to look around the vehicle prior to exiting.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Contact our office and we will search the vehicle for your item.

What is your cancellation policy?

72 hours for airport transportation;  30 days for wine tours, charters and weddings
