Once you have collected your luggage, call 1-800-463-9328 for instructions on meeting your driver and a description of the vehicle.
Meet-and-Greet Service
If you have reserved this service, your driver will meet you at the bottom of the escalator or in the baggage claim area, depending on the airport layout.
Our dispatcher tracks your flight to confirm its exact arrival time. If you experience luggage delays, call within 30 minutes after your plane lands.
If your flight details or itinerary change, or your LAX arrival time changes,
please let us know right away by calling the toll-free number above. All cancellations require 24-hour advance notice.
Note: Please remember that failing to inform us of flight changes, canceling without at least 24 hours’ notice, providing incorrect information, or not giving 24 hours’ advance cancellation notice will result in a charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
