After claiming your luggage call 1-800-463-9328 for instructions on how to meet your driver, and the vehicle description.

Meet and Greet Service

If this type of service has been reserved, your driver will meet at the bottom of the escalator or in the baggage claim area-depending on the airport layout.

Our dispatcher will be monitoring your flight for it's accurate arrival time. Call within 1/2 hour after your plane lands if you encounter luggage delays.
Should your flight information or itinerary change, or your arrival into LAX change,
please notify us immediately by calling the above toll-free number. We require 24-hour advanced notice on all cancellations. 
Note: Please keep in mind, failure to notify us of flight information changes, inform us of a cancellation without at least 24 hours advanced notice, providing us with incorrect information, or not give 24 hours advance cancellation will warrant us billing you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
