"I have used Executive VIP for shuttle service from the airport to a hotel, and back from the hotel to the airport for over ten years. I don't know why it's taken me so long to review this business, but it's high time I did! All of the many airport rides I've had have gone without a hitch. Drivers are always waiting at the airport (Ontario) when the plane arrives, and arrive at the hotel for the return pick-up at least five minutes or more (usually more) before the designated time. The drivers (Gene is especially great, but they're all so nice) are professional, courteous, and pleasant, and will chat with you, or allow you a quiet ride, whichever you prefer. They ask about the car temperature and if the car radio is okay with you. Billing is easy. Everything is flawless. The owner, Michele, not only runs an impeccable business, but, from our phone conversations over the years, is one of the nicest, most considerate people imaginable.
