This service is a pre arranged and scheduled Ride Share Service-
Other passengers are involved.
Passengers must arrive ten to fifteen minutes prior to scheduled time. The schedule is on time and leaves at the scheduled time. As a passenger, we respect your time and understand that you rely on the time to safely arrive at your destination-therefore, passengers running late may miss the shuttle if they are not at the proper location. You must have a prepaid confirmation, with your name on it to redeem the transportation.
Cancellations-all reservations are charged immediately.
If your reservation is cancelled prior to 24 hours, there is a $10. cancellation fee. A credit for the remainder will be issued for a future trip-valid for one year.
If your reservation is cancelled within the 24 hour period, you will be charged the entire amount. No shows- are charged at the full fare. No refunds will be issued.
We are not responsible for Items/Articles left behind or theft. Please make sure that you have all of your belongings when you leave the vehicle.
We allow one carry on size suitcase per passenger. Additional luggage is not accepted unless you purchase additional seats to accommodate. This is due to limited space and this assures that passengers will not bring more luggage then we are able to carry.
No pets, golf clubs, boxes of any kind, extra luggage, surfboards or additional bags – allowed for this service.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Car seats must be provided by the parent/guardian. Parent/guardian must install them as well.
No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. No alcohol is allowed.
Please print off your receipt and bring it with you to check in with your driver.
